Arianna Miles offers wedding weekends to bridal couples searching for an intmate and stress-free environment to begin your new life. Not just a four hour party, but two full days. Enough time for your two sets of families and friends to get together and happily launch your new life together as a married couple.
Arianna Miles is a full service catering facility specializing in creating personalized events for each bridal couple. We happily coordinate all your event needs – food, bar, rentals, officiate, photographer, florist, D.J., wedding cake and guest lodging. There is no service charge should you choose to have us handle the details for you.
Number of Guests: 12 guest minimum – maximum of up to 100 guests
Site Usage: For Friday/Saturday/Sunday Wedding
Includes exclusive use of inn and grounds from Friday at 3:00 pm through Sunday at 11:00 am or Saturday at 3:00 pm through Monday at 11:00 am.
Actual reception is scheduled as 4 hour event. Add $300.00 (plus tax & gratuity) for each additional hour. Ceremony can be held on site. Additional hours will be applied, if necessary.
Weekend Weddings require that all inn rooms be reserved.
(2 night minimum stay). Lodging costs are additional at the weekend rates + 7.5% gratuity and 8.79% tax. Normal cancellation policies apply.
For Monday – Thursday Wedding – Significant discounts apply.

Personalized menus are created for each Bridal Couple. We can do anything
you want. Based on our experience, we suggest the following:
Cocktail Hour:
Selection of 3 stationary platters, Selection of 4 passed Hors D’Oevres
Buffet Dinner:
Soup, Salad, Selection of 2 entrees, Selection of 1 starch, Selection of 1 vegetable . 4 course sit down available for small events of 45 guests or less.
Bar: Tab bar.
Soft Beverages:Includes soda, coffee, and tea.Juice and Specialty Drinks available at additional charge.
Wedding Cake:We ask that you supply your own cake. We will happily suggest some wonderful local bakeries should you need some guidance. There is a $1.00/pp plate charge.
Other Dessert:Should you want us to provide an alternate dessert, we will happily discuss options with you.
Flowers: Supplied by Arianna Miles – Starting at $500.00.
Outside Florists Welcome – Responsibility of Bride and Groom – no charge.
Rentals: All rental arrangements managed by Arianna Miles..All rental expenses responsibility of Bride and Groom. Set up may require additional charge based on event size. Rental expenses will be quoted as estimates until the final guest count is received.
General Pricing:
Complete Package Prices, including lodging, open bar, rehearsal dinner, two breakfasts and 4-hour reception, start at $3,650 (Nov. – April), $4,140 (May – Oct.). Included: Event Director, Servers, Bartender, tables, chairs, table linens, dishes, silverware, glassware. Not included: tax, gratuity, additional rentals, additional bar charges, additional menu, dessert, wedding cake.
Payment Policies:
Weddings are paid in 4 (four) installments. $1,000.00 deposit is required at time of booking. Second payment of one third is due 3 (three) months prior to the wedding date. Third payment of one third is due 1 (one) month prior to wedding date with the final guest count. Final payment is due date of party. Cash and/or Checks only please. A Certified Check is required for the final payment, if paying by check. A 3.5% surcharge will be automatically added for the use of credit cards. All deposits are non-refundable.
